Power Shift Consulting, LLC is a Western New York based firm, dedicated to the development and delivery of best practice leadership training in both the private and not-for-profit sectors. We provide tailored executive and management level training, as well as facilitated organizational development. We also deliver motivational instruction for employee retreats and student-focused events. With over 20 years of combined business operations experience, our trainers are best-in-class and have established relationships with companies across the United States. 

Power Shift Marketplace Ministry International is an organization committed to delivering Workplace Discipleship (WPD) training to both secular and religious entities. Our trainers have extensive experience serving in corporate leadership roles and incorporating Christian principles into their entrepreneur endeavors. Power Shift Marketplace Ministry International has partnered with several area business and religious leaders to ensure ethical considerations, legality of religious expression in the workplace, and sound biblical doctrine remain the cornerstone of our training content.

Our Marketplace Ministry training curriculum consists of four (4) distinct training sessions (2.5 hours/session). Each session is guaranteed to; introduces a fresh perspective on becoming a voice for Gospel of Jesus Christ outside the four walls of the church, expand your understanding of marketplace ministry in the bible, provide an opportunity to share and learn with your cohort, and leave with a plan to implement actionable steps to be a light for the Kingdom within your sphere of influence. Note: There is no ministerial experience required to participate. Just show up ready to learn and grow more confident in your ability to tell a dying world about the true and Living God.

Checks MUST be received prior to the start of the first session. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt.

Cash will be collected at the check-in table at the start of the first session.
